BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as acquired by deed dated February 26, 1997
recorded March 11, 1997 in Liber 11820 cp 243.
This coneveyance has been made with the unanimous consent, in writing,of all the stockholders of the party of
the first part.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any, of the party of the first part of,in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND
TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the
first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the
consideration for the conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be
applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word
"party" shall be constructed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Greenport, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by Lot
6, as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Homestead Acres at Greenport" and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 17, 1986 as Map No. 8150, which said lot is
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Willow Drive, a private road, at the exteme
southerly end of an arc of a curve which connects the southerly side of an unnamed road with the
westerly side of Willow Drive; said point also being distant a tie distance of 1278.51 feet southerly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Inlet Pond Road with the westerly
side of Willow Drive,
RUNNING THENCE South 02 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds West along the westerly side
of Willow Drive, 100.00 feet to the division line between Lots 5 and 6 on the aforesaid map;
THENCE North 87 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West along said division line between
Lots 5 and 6, 200.00 feet to land now or formerly of Morrison;
THENCE North 02 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds East along said land now or formerly of
Morrison, 125.00 feet to the southerly side of an unnamed road;
THENCE South 87 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds East along the southerly side of said
unnamed road, 175.00 feet to the extreme westerly end of the arc of the curve first above mentioned;
THENCE along said arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet, a
distance of 39.27 feet to the westerly side of Willow Drive, a private road, the point or place of
