erly direction along the westerly side of Bailey Avenue a distance of
fifty-five (55) feet; running thence in a westerly direction and
parallel to the northerly line of said land formerly of Warren
Critchlow and formerly of Irving C. Webb, to land formerly of Lester
DISTRICT and Toner, Inc. and formerly of Lillian R. Brown; running thence
1000 southerly along land last mentioned to northerly line of said land
formerly of Warren Critchlow and formerly of Irving C. Webb; running
SECTION thence easterly along said last mentioned land to the poin or place

BLOCK TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the

Suffolk County Clerk' s office in Liber 3044 page 352 .
