feet;
THENCE in a westerly direction parallel with the northerly line of said land formerly of
Warren Critchlow and formerly of Irving C. Webb, to land formerly of Lester and Toner, Inc.
and formerly of Lillian R. Brown;
THENCE southerly along land last mentioned to the northerly line of said land formerly of
Warren Critchlow and formerly of Irving C. Webb;
THENCE easterly along said last mentioned land to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Harold Thilberg dated 8/22/91 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
