King, President//n L Board of Trustees f`/ UX\Y DATE: June 25, 2009 RE: Educational and Cultural Fund of Electrical Industry SCTM#83-2-17.3 In response to your request, a joint inspection was conducted with Robert McDonough and Eric Star from the Dept. of State on Fri., June 19"'for the purpose of delineating the top of bluff line. It was determined the top of the bluff line to be located in the area as highlighted on the attached survey. No further review of the inland bluff is required because it is not considered a bluff under Coastal Erosion, as per the Dept. of State. Therefore, the proposed location of a meeting house was found to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 275 of the Town Wetland Code and Chapter 111 of the Town Code, as depicted on the survey prepared by John C. SCTM#83-2-1,2&17.2 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. If the action is approved the following best management practices (BMP's) are recommended: 1. Require a non disturbance buffer landward of the wetland boundary and top of bluff on SCTM# 1000-2-2 (east of the improved property) 2. Update sanitary system to current SCDOH regulations 3.
