paid by the pany of the second pan, docs hereby grant and release unto the pony of the
second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of the pany of the second pan forever,

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the pany of the first pan in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above deseribed premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first
pan in and to said premises; TO I'IA VE A"'D TO HOLD the premises herein g....lI1ted
unto the rany of the second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of the pony of the
second part forever.
AND the pany of the first pan covenants that the pany of the first pan has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way
whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the pany of the first pan, in compliance with Seetion 13 of the lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will
hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the
purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to lhe
payment of the cost oflhe improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose. The word "pany" shull be construed lIS if it read "panics" whenever
the sense of this indenture so requires.

dl!llignaled as Lolli 82A, 82B and part of 82 In subdivision map filed in the Office uf the Clerk of
Suffolk County on August 16, 1922 as Map Number 156 and as Tax Map designation luis 11, 12
and 13 of Block 1, Section 119, being further described as foUows:
BEGINNING at a northwest comer of the herein described property. Thence easlcrly along the
18nds of William D. Burrows and Marcella F. Burrows, north 78 degrees 42 minules 10 seconds
east, 210.75 feet to the existing wood bulkhead and mean high waler line.
