Subject, however, to an easement over a strip of land extending fifteen feel in width along and abovc the high waler mark whie:h shall faim pan of a common roadway for the bencfit of all persons owning lands on said Nassau Point, including the CJrantee. These are the same premises conveyed to Grantor in a deed recorded August I, 1960 in Libcr 4850, pages 96-98. THERE IS NO MONETARY CONSIDERATION FOR THIS TRANSFER. Together with all tenements, hen:ditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the Grantee and assigns, the same in fc:c simple forever.
