Together with all the right, title and interest of the Grantor of, in and to the land under waters of Little Peconic Bay abuttinll said premises. Subject, however, to an easement over a strip ofland extending fifteen feet in width along and above the high water mark which shall form part of a common roadway for the benefit of all persons owning lands tin said Nassau Point, including the Grantee. These are the same premises conveyed to Grantor in a deed recorded August I, 1960 in Liber 4850, pages 96-98. THERE IS NO MONETARY CONSID.ERATlON FOR THIS TRANSFER.
