being at Nassau Point, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, shown and designated on Map of Proposed
Subdivision, Section B. ~assau Point Club Properties, !nc., flied
in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 4,
1919 as Map No. 745; Amended Map A of Section B, Nassau Point Club
Properties, Inc., filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on October 21, 1920 as Map No. 75~; Amended Map A of Nassau
Point, filed in the office of the Clerx of the County oi Suffolk on

BEGINNXNG at a point on the northwesterly side of Aborn Lane,
distant 422 feet southwesterly, when measured along the
northwesterly side of Aborn Lane, from the corner formed by the
intersection of the northwesterly side of Aborn Lane with the
westerly side of Nassau Point Road; said point of beginning also
being where the southwesterly side of Lot 99, as shown on the above
mentioned maps, intersects the northwesterly side of Abg. rn Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 54 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds: along
the northwesterly side of Aborn Lane, 311.00 feet to the
southwesterly extremity of Aborn Lane;
