party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part. in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
party of the second part, does hereby grant and release umo the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
See Schedule "A" attached and made a part hereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed dated July 20,
1996 and recorded August 2, 1996, in Liber 11785 cp 639.
PREMISES MORE COMMONLY KNOWN as 550 Eagle Nest Court, Laurel, New York.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first pari will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above written.

All that certain plot, piece, or parcel ofland, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot NO.5 as shown on "Map of Golden
View Estates" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 8-30-84 as Map No. 7770; said lot
I being more particularly bounded and described according to said map as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly side of Eagle Nest Court where the same is intersected by
the division between lots 4 and 5 on the aforesaid map; said point or place of beginning being also the
following (2) course, curves and distances as measured along the southeasterly side of Eagle Nest
Court from the northeasterly end ofa curve having a radius of25.00 feet a length of37.78 feet which
said curve connects the southeasterly side of Eagle Nest Court with the northeasterly side of White
Eagle Drive;
1. North 57 degrees 26 minutes 18 seconds East 266.76 feet;
2. Northeasterly along the arc ofa curve bearing to the left having a radius of2,030.00 feet a distance
of 171.42 feet to the true point or place of beginning;
Running thence from said point or place of beginning along the southeasterly side of Eagle Nest
Court the following (3) course, curves and distances:
1. Northeasterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of2,030.00 feet a distance
of28.91 feet;
2. North 51 degrees 47 minutes 03 seconds East 50.20 feet;
3. Northeasterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of340.00 feet a distance
of71.40 feet to the division between lots 5 and 6;
Thence along said last mentioned division South 32 degrees 33 minutes 42 seconds East 286.23 feet
to the northerly side of Lot 5 as shown on Subdivision Map of Laurel wood Estates, filed 5-17-71 as
Map No. 5595;
Thence along said last mentioned lot the following (2) courses and distances:
1. South 56 degrees 28 minutes 43 seconds West 120.95 feet;
2. South 56 degrees 17 minutes 13 seconds West 29.07 feet (29.04 filed map) to the division between
lots 4 and 5 first above mentioned;
Thence along said last mentioned division North 32 degrees 33 minutes 42 seconds West 281. 70 feet

Beginning.
