BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated February 24, 1999, and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on March 9, 1999 under Liber 11950
of deeds at Page 077.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot 18 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Golden View Estates" and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 08/30/84 as Map No. 7770, and which lot is more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of White Eagle Drive distant 132.46 feet southerly from the extreme southerly
end of a curve which connects the easterly side of White Eagle Drive with the Southeasterly side of Railroad Drive. Said
point also being where the division line between lots 18 and 19 as shown on said map intersects the easterly side of White
Eagle Drive.
RUNNING THENCE Northeasterly along said division line North 41 degrees 30 minutes 32 seconds East 232.56 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 37 degrees 02 minutes 12 seconds East 220.93 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 57 degrees 26 minutes 18 seconds West 218.98 feet to the easterly side of White Eagle
