of this site plan, located at North Road, Southold. Dr.
Claps explained that the surveyor had indicated the largest
possible building that could be constructed on the site,
however, they only wished to construct a 1,000 square foot
office bUildinq a~ this time. The office would be for their
use. Th~ Board requested that the survey be amended to show
the exact footprint of the office building which they propose,
and also indicate the future buildings. The Board explained
the projgct could be constructed in phases, however, the site
plan should the entire layout at this time, since that will
help the Board in their review. The Board questioned th~
ingress and egress to the site. Dr. Ciletti explained that
they had proposed to have the ingress from Route 48 and the
egress from Horton's Lane to eliminate congestion on County
Route 481 The Board also requested asphalt pavement in the
