Successor Trustee of the MURRAY KLAPPER REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,to whom ancillary letters testamentary were issued by the
Surrogate's Court, Suffolk Coanty, New York on October 14, 1998, and by virtue of the power and
authority given in and by said last will and testament and/or by Article 1 I of the Estates, Powers and
Trusts Law,and in consideration of TEN($10.00)DOLLARS, paid by the party of the second part,does
hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of
the party of the second pan forever,her one-half interest in and to

BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of a private road known as Rene's Drive distant
346.78 feet southerly from the intersection of the southwesterly side of Rene's Drive with the
southeasterly side of Soundview Avenue, which point is also the southeasterly comer of land now or
formerly of Abbate;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the southwesterly side of Rene's Drive South

THENCE along the are of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 85.00 feet a distance of 71.49
