Being and intending to be the same premises conveyed to Virginia A. Gill and Daisy E. Gill given by Greenway Realty Corporation by deed dated January 11, 1974 and recorded January 28,1974 in Liber 7578 page 355. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part covenants that he has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever.
