THIS INDENTURE, made the '-\lay oITv~, 2001, by and between:
DAISY E. GILL, Individually, residing at 1830 Greenway East, Southold, NY,
and as Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Virginia A. Gill, late of May 4, 1989,
deceased, party of the first part, and

DAISY E. GILL, residing at 1830 Greenway East, Southold, NY
party of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority to
him given in and by the said Last Will and Testament, and in consideration of One
dollars ($1.00), lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part,
does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, Daisy E. Gill, her heirs
and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
Lot No. 26 on a certain map entitled "Map of Green acres at Orient" and filed in
the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 13, 1962 as Map No.
3540.
together with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said Testator had at the
time of his decease in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the
first part has or has power to conveyor dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of
said Will or otherwise.
Being and intending to be the same premises conveyed to Virginia A. Gill and Daisy E.
Gill given by Greenway Realty Corporation by deed dated January 11, 1974 and recorded
January 28,1974 in Liber 7578 page 355.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that he has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has hereunto set his hand
and seal the day and year first above written.
