WITNESSETH, thai the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN and no/1OOths (S10.00) dollars paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the
SEE "SCHEDULE A" ANNEXED HERETO
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Rev. Donald S. Harrington and Rev. Vilma
S. Harrington by deed dated 6/26/78, and recorded on 6/28/78 in Liber 8452 Page 137.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word 'party" shall be construed as if it read 'parties' when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

SCHEDULE "A" DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot Nos. 21 and 22 on a certain Map entitled, "Map of Arrowhead
Cove at Indian Neck", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on June 20, 1963 as Map No. 3810, said Lots when taken together being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Arrowhead Lane where the same
is intersected by the division line between Lots 22 and 23 as shown on the
aforesaid Map, said point or place of beginning being at the northeast corner
of premises herein to be described;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the westerly
side of Arrowhead Lane in a general southerly direction along the arc of a
curve bearing to the left having a radius of 211.95 feet, a distance of 221.67
feet;
RUNNING THENCE still along Arrowhead Lane, South 19 degrees 20 minutes
40 seconds West 125.08 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 70 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds West 155.00 feet
to land now or formerly of Anton Kull;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land, North 1 degree 15 minutes
30 seconds West 275.00 feet to the division line between Lots 22 and 23 first
above mentioned; and
THENCE along said division line, South 89 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds
East 147.77 feet to the westerly side of Arrowhead Lane, the point or place of
BEGINNING.
