A discussion ensued on the potential signing of a Five Town Municipal Agreement/MOU. · Neb reported that the Town and Village officials wanted a paper document of the fInal report of SEEDS with the fIndings and proposed agreements to take back to their respective governments to discuss and analyze. The New York Metropolitan Transit Authority will be issuing such document to the East End Towns and Villages in the near future. . T. Wickham reported that he also attended this meeting and felt that it was well- attended and very benefIcial/informative. Tom thinks that it is a good idea to issue this paper document with the fIndings to review, but does not think it is a good idea to leave it up to the East End Towns and Villages to continue the process as it may not get addressed in a timely fashion. Tom thinks that it would be in the best interest to appoint a coordinator for this function and thinks that either Valerie Scopaz or Pam Thiele would be a good choice. Pam deferred to selecting Valerie for this position. Tom would like the Commission to recommend the appointing of a coordinator to the Town Board in January, 2006 and request that our Town Board bring this idea to the other East End Town and Village Boards. ~ ..
