Action: Review revised site plan for changes. Status: Approve the site plan on 12/11/07 and site plan build out is pending final site inspection. Recommendations: Review the revised site plan as submitted for comments. Mattituck Park District Lighting SCTM#: 1000-125-1-6 Location: Aldrich Lane, Mattituck Description: Installation of five (5) replacement lights at the sports recreational facility in Mattituck. Action: Review new site plan application Status: New application Recommendations: Accept application and request revisions. Peconic Transfer Station II SCTM#: 1000-95-2-5 Location: 560 Commerce Drive in Cutchogue Description: New construction of a 32,000 sq. ft. transfer station with a 2,200 sq. ft. office in the LIO Zone. Action: Review NPV report on the additional information submitted for the Part III EAF. Status: In SEQR pending a determination. Recommendations: Accept the NPV report, discuss findings for the SEQR determination, and set a Special Meeting for May 19, 2008 to make the SEQR determination. N & J Management SCTM#: 1000-113-13-1.2 Location: 4735 Westphalia Road in Mattituck Description: New proposed 52,920 sq. ft. greenhouse and existing 95,059 sq. ft. greenhouse with other structures of 3,588 sq. ft., totals 151,567 sq. ft. on a 764,233 sq. ft. parcel in the R- 80 Zone. Action: Review new site plan application received on 4/29/08. Status: New application Recommendations: Accept application, waive certain site plan elements as indicated in the Staff Report and request revisions. Southold Town Planning Board Work Session Agenda – Page Two Subdivisions: Jacoby Family Ltd. Partnership SCTM#1000-125-1-5.1 Location: at the terminus of Kirkup Lane, s/o Sound Avenue, in Mattituck. Description: Conservation subdivision of a 10.454-acre parcel into two lots where Lot 1 equals 46,571 sq. ft. and Lot 2 equals 408,796 sq. ft., inclusive of a 46,049 sq. ft. building envelope and 362,747 sq. ft. of land to be preserved through the Sale of Developments Rights to the County of Suffolk. Action: Review Concept Plan. 2
