Sebor, a distance of 180.50 feet to land now or formerly of Samuel Davis; RUNNING THENCE NORTHERLY along said land now or formerly of Davis, a distance of 208.30 feet to the SOUTHERLY line of Soundview Avenue; R..UN.N. lNG THENCE along the SOUTHERLY line of Soundview Avenue in an EASTERLY d~rect~on, a distance of 189.40 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
