DEED
THIS DEED of Baraain and Sale, made this ~ da¥ofldeTv~er, 2006, byAnna
Andriotis, of 32-23 163"S"Street, Flushing, New ~"d~'-1'13~)8 (hereinafter referrad to as
"Grantor"), and the N.A.A. Soundview Family Limited Partnership (hereinafter referred to
as the"Grantee'), a Nevada limited partnership, c/o Rubinstein & Rubi_Dstein, LLP, 18 East
48u~ Street,10th Floor, New York, New York 10017, created the,L~ day of

WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the Sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), future estate
~lannino benefits and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is
araby-acknowledged, the Grantor hereby Grants, Bargains, Sells and Conveys with
General Warranty and English Covenants of Title unto the Grantee, the property hereby
conveyed, being all that certain lot or .parcel of land together with such improvements and
fixtures as ara found thereon, and being more particularly described as follows:

erected, situate lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Soumold, Count~ or
and State of New York, bounded and described as fol ows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the WESTERLY line of Clark Road at its intersection
with the SOUTHERLY line of Soundview Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE in a SOUTHERLY direction along the WESTERLY line of Clark Road
a distance of 160 feet;
RUNNING THENCE in a WESTERLY direction along land now or formedy of J.E. Sebor,
a distance of 180.50 feet to land now or formerly of Samuel Davis;
RUNNING THENCE NORTHERLY along said land now or formerly of Davis, a distance
of 208.30 feet to the SOUTHERLY line of Soundview Avenue;
R..UN.N. lNG THENCE along the SOUTHERLY line of Soundview Avenue in an EASTERLY
d~rect~on, a distance of 189.40 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with ingress and egress over land formerly of Matthew J. Clark and Anna B.C.
Clark, his wife, to the waters of Long Island Sound, said land being described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the NORTHERLY side of Soundview Avenue adjoining land
formerly of Arthur Taylor, and
RUNNING THENCE in a NORTHERLY direction along the land formerly of Arthur Taylor,
to high water mark of Long Island Sound;
THENCE deflecting to the right and along the line of high water mark Thirty (30) feet to
land now or formerly of Henry G. Wenzel;
THENCE SOUTH by land now or formerly of Henry G. Wenzel, to NORTHERLY side of

Soundview Avenue, distant Ten (10) feet from EASTERLY line of land formedy of Arthur
Taylor;,
THENCE in a SOUTHWESTERLY direction and along the line of the NORTHERLY side
of Soundview Avenue, Ten (10) feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
The above described premises being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by
Matthew J. Clark and Anna B.C. Clark, his wife, to Charles R .uderman, the party of the first
part herein, by deed dated October 25, 1947 and recorded ~n the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on October 27, 1947 in Liber 2768 of Deeds at Page 1.63, together with the premise, s
conveyed by deed dated A. ugust 27, 1949 and recorded ~n the Suffolk County Clerks
Office on August 29, 1949 m Libor 2986 of Deeds at page 309, subject, however, to the
covenants and restrictions as set forth in the aforesaid deeds.
The aforesaid premises first above described, being (according to survey by Roderick Van
Tuyl, P.C., dated July 10, 1980) more particularly bounded and described as follows:
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold; in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, be ng more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGIN.NING at the comer formed by the intersection of the SOUTHERLY side of
Soundwew Avenue with the WESTERLY side of Clark Road;
RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 20 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds EAST 160 feet to land
now or formerly of Dakis;
