Quitclaim Deed
This Indenture" made the 15th dsy of July,

PETER HARBES, residing at 935 Laurelwood Drive,
Laurel. New York 11948, as to a two point twenty-seven
(2.27%) percent interest in the premises,
party of the first part. and
EWH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, a New York Limited
Liability Company with an address at 555 Sound Avenue,
Mattituck, New York 11952,
party of the second part,
wi tnesseth,that the party of the first part, in
consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part,
does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
party of the second part forever, in
