WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the

This conveyance is made in the regular =urse of business of the corporation
and does not =nstitute all or Substantially all of its assets.
'I'OGEl'HER WITH the right of ingress and egress to and from the Main Road (S.R. 25)
over Laurel Way, Laurel Court and Laurel Trail.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as jf it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

SCHEDULE A
ALL that plot, piece or parcel ofland situate, lying and being at Laurel, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No.7 on a certain map
entitled" Subdivision Map of Laurel Links", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November
23,2001 as Map No. 10712, Abstract No. 1444, said lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Laurel Trail where same is intersected by the
division line of Lots 8 and 7 on the above-mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Laurel Trail along an arc of a curve bearing to
the left, having a radius of656.60 feet, a distance along said curve of 137.34 feet;
THENCE North 40 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds West, 180.00 feet;
THENCE the following two (2) courses and distances:
1) Along an arc ofa curve bearing to the right, having a radius of836.60 feet, a distance along
said curve of 116.16 feet; and
2) Along an arc ofa curve bearing to the left, having a radius of200.00 feet, a distance along
said curve of 60.48 feet to the first above-mentioned division line;
THENCE along said division line, South 28 degrees 43 minutes 38 seconds East, 191.17 feet to
the northerly side of Laurel Trail and the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated
December 14,2001, recorded on December 20,2001, in Liber 12159, Page 270.
