DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being at Mattituck, Town of southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot
No. 24 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Farmveu
Associates" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 1, 1989 as Map No. 8808, and being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Oldfield Court
where same is intersected by the division line between lots
24 & 25 as shown on said map;
RUNNING THENCE, along the northerly side of Oldfield Court,
the following three (3) courses and distances;
1) South 70 degrees 19' 30" West, 35.00 feet;
2) Westerly, along an arc of a curve bearing to the
