VVITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with lhe buildir,ls and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being iilAlre at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 6 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Farmveu Associates", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of SUffolk
County on September 1, 1989, as Map No. 8808, being bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Aldrick Lane, distant 225.00
feet Northerly from the extreme Northerly end of an arc of a curve connecting
the Easterly side of Aldrich and the Northerly side of Harvest Lane;
RUNNING THENCE, North 19 degrees 39 minutes 16 seconds West 125.00 feet;
THENCE North 70 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds East 317.05 feet;
THENCE South 1 9 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East 1 25.00 feet;
THENCE South 70 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds West 317.10 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.

THIS DEED IS TO CORRECT THE PRIOR DEED THAT WAS RECORDED 11/17/00
IN LIBER 12085 PG354 IN ORDER TO CORRECT THE PERCENTAGES.
TOGETHER with all righI, title and interest, if any, of lhe party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted'onto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of th~ party of the second part forever,
AND the part of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
fir~t part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for lhe purpose of p"ying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose,
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires,
