Mattituck, NY 11952 as to ninety (90%Jpercent, and THOMAS P. SALICE
and SUSAN SALICE, his wife, both residing at 4 Lakeside Drive,
Rye, NY 10580 as to ten (10%) percent.

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 6 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Farmveu Associates", and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County on September 1, 1989, as Map No. 8808,
being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Aldrich Lane, distant
225.00 feet Northerly from the extreme Northerly end of an arc of
a curve connecting the Easterly side of Aldrich and the Northerly
side of Harvest Lane;
RUNNING THENCE North 19 degrees 30 minutes 16 seconds West 125.00 feet;
THENCE North 70 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds East 317.05 feet;
THENCE South 19 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East 125.00 feet;
THENCE South 70 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds West 317.10 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SAID PREMISES BEING KNOWN AS 5750 Aldrich Lane, Mattituck, NY 11952
The purpose of this deed is to convey a ten (10%) percent interest
in the premises.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party ofthe first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as ifit read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
