Southold, County of SufFolk, and State of New York, more particularly bounded and

BEGINNIN(; at a concrete monument in the nortberly sidc of a printe road, which
private road runs easterly from Marntooka Road (Lane) to Deep Hole Creek, said
point being where tbe division line beh\'een lands now or formerl)' of William Eske and the

RUNNING THENCE along said division line, north I degree 45 minutes east 95 feet, more
or less, to the Southerly side of Deep Hole Creek (also known as Gardinen Creek or Willes
Creek); THENCE in an easterl)' direction along the southerly side of Deep Hole Creek, 161
feet, more or leIS, tll the point where the northerl}' prolongation of the easterly line of land
