by the party of the second party, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors

point of beginning being where th,e Southerly line ofland now or formerly of Joseph Zaleski and the Northerly line
of the herein described parcel intersects the Easterly side of Deep Hole Drive and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the Southerly line ofland now or formerly of Joseph Zaleski South 87 degrees 19
minutes 20 seconds East 150.00 feet to the Westerly line of Lot 19 shown on subdivision "Deep Hole Creek Estates";
THENCE along the Westerly lines of Lots 18 and 19 as shown on the last mentioned subdivision South 2 degrees 40

THENCE along the Easterly side of Deep Hole Drive North 2 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds East 100.00 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises as conveyed to the grantor by deed dated 7/15/1997 recorded
7/28/1997 in Liber 11843, Page 231.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the frrstpartin and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the frrst part covenants that the party of the frrst part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the frrst part in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the frrst part
will receive the consideration for Ihis conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same frrst to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be constru"d as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indentore so requires.
