ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Maltituck, Counly of Suffolk and Slate of
Ncw York, known and designated as Lol Number lOon a certain map entitled, "Map of
Jackson's Landing," and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 03/28/69 as Map
Number 5280. Said 101 is more particularly bounded and described, according to said
map, as follows: '
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Jackson's Landing where the same is
intersected by the division line between Lots 10 and 11. Said point is distanl, the
following two courses and distances as measured along the northerly and easterly sides of
Jackson's Landing from the comer formed by the intersection of the northerly side of
Jackson's Landing and the easterly side of Mill Road;
I) South 83 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds cast, 218.27 feet to the easterly side of

beginning;
