ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, at
Mattituck, County of Suffolk and State of New York being known and designated as parcel 2 as
shown on Minor Subdivision made of James Manos at Mattituck, mapped 7/1/81, by Roderick
Van Tuyl, and amended on 10/5/81, 4/29/82 and 8/10/82 being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
