Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in
consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part,
does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
party of the second part forever
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with
the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying aD~ being in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York known and
designated as Lot 1, as shown on a certain map
entitled, ~Map of RHR Realty Company" and filed in the
Office of the Suffolk County Clerk 9/13/89 as Map No.
8811, said lot being more particularly bounded and
described as follows=
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of
Kenney's Road where the same is intersected by the
southeasterly boundary line of land now or formerly of
Michael Basel, said point or place of beginning being
Distant 517.00 feet = southeasterly as measured along
the northeasterly side of Kenney's Road fro~ the corner
formed by the intersection of the southeasterly side of
Chestnut Road with the Northeasterly side of Kenney's
Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning
along said last mentioned land north 46 degrees 37
minutes 30 seconds East 400.07 feet to land now or
formerly of Suffolk County Water Authority;
THENCE along said last mentioned land south 42 degrees
18 minutes 50 seconds east 249.37 feet to land now or
fore, Fly of Argirios Apadopoulos and Maragos
Papadopoulos;
THENCE along said last mentioned land south 46 degrees
40 minutes 36 seconds West 400.06 feet to the
northeasterly side of Kenney's Road; and
T~-~CE along the northeasterly side of Kenney's Road
north 42 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds West 248.91 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
Grantors by Deed dated January 19, 2002, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 5, 2002,
in Liber D00012172, page 570.
Together with all right, title and interest, if
any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises
to the center llnes thereof;
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate
and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises;
TO have and to hold the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
and the party of the first part covenants that the
party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered
in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
and the party of the first part, in compliance with
Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this
conveyance and will hold 'the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for
the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply tb~ s-.~ first to tb~ payment of the cost of
the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read
"parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
