improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Indian Neck, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the comer formed by the intersection of the Southerly side
of Parkers Landing with the Northerly side of Indian Neck Road;
THENCE from said point of beginning along the Southerly side of Parkers
Landing, North 52 degrees 10' O. East, 230 feet, more or less, to the shore line of
Richmond Creek;
THENCE along said shore line of Richmond Creek as it winds and turns,
