Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section 3", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on September 27, 1965 in Liber 5716 at Page 16. Map No. 4475.
SUBJECT to Covenants and Restrictions in Deed Liber 7089 Page 03.
TOGETHER with beach rights and access thereto as described in grant ~e by
H.J.S. Land & Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land and Development Corp. to Eastern
Shores, Inc. dated the 17th day of March, 1965, and.recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office March 18, 1965 in Liber 5716 at Page 16.
Said beach rights referred to above being described as follows:
TOGETHER with an easement with ingress and egress to and from the above described
premises over Moore's Lane Nortb, Inlet Pond Road, Westwood Lane, and Sound Drive
to the "Private Beach" as said beach is shown and laid out on "Map of Section 4
Eastern Shores at Greenport", filed March 7, 1966 as Map No. 4586
Being the same premises conveyed to Grantors herein by Deed
Recorded July 15, 1985 in I.iber 9830 at Page 575.
