for the County of Suffolk in Liber 18470 at page 445 in pursuance of a judgment, dated April 16,
200 I, at IAS Term Part 26 of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Suffolk
and entered on the 23rd day of April two thousand one in consideration of TWO HUNDRED
THIRTY THOUSAND and 00/100 ($230,000.00) Dollars paid by the Grantee, being the highest
sum bid at the sale under said judgment, does hereby grant and convey unto the Grantee, all the
right, title and interest of the defendants in and to:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being near Greenport
Village, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, designated as Lot No. 99
on a certain map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section 3", filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 27, 1965 as Map No. 4475 and being more
fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at the comer formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Inlet Pond Road
with the easterly side of Moores Lane North;
RUNNING THENCE North 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds East, 130 feet;
THENCE South 20 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds East, 150 feet;
THENCE South 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds West, 130 feet to the easterly side of Moores
Lane North;
THENCE North 20 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds West along the easterly side of Moores Lane
North, 150 feet t the point or place of BEGINNING.
Said premises being known as and by street address 1060 Moores Lane, Greenport, New York.
To have and to hold the premises granted unto the Grantee JOSEPH E. SCHOENSTEIN, and
assigns forever.
Whenever the text hereof requires, the singular number as used herein shall include the
plural and all genders.
