State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Bay Avenue at a point 1500 feet southerly from
the intersection of the southerly side of Main Road (NYS 25) and the westerly side of Bay
Avenue:
THENCE from said point of beginning. southerly along said westerly line of Bay Avenue,
Soulh 34 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds Ea.~l. 50.00 feet to a point and land now or formerly
of Klein;
THENCE along other land now or formerly of Klein the following two (2) COUIS(.'S and
distances:
