ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being 'a part of a Condominium known as Unit
A-2 in the building known and designated as Crescent Beach Condominium,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, designated and described as Unit No. A-2
in the Declaration establishing a plan for, condominium ownership of said building
and the land on which it is erected, made by the grantor under the Condominium
