Captain Kidd Estates, running thence along the northerly side of Sound Bench Drive, South 57
degrees 30 minutes West 25.12 feet, thence through lot #46, North 38 degrees 00 minutes West
200.65 feet to Long Island Sound, thence along Long Island Sound, ns shown on said amp, North
52 degrees 00 minutes East 25.0 feet, thence along the easterly side of lot #46, South 3g degrees 00

certain Judgment oftbe Supreme Court, Suffolk County, Madam Justice Elizabeth Hazlitt Emerson,
