BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the IBme premiles conveyed to the party of the first pan by deed
dated November 22,2000 recotded in lhc Office of the Clerk of the County ofSufTolk on Occ:cmber 8,
2000 in Liber 12089 at page 516.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, ifany, of the party of the first pan in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the eenler lines thereof.
TOGETHER with lhc appurtenances and all the estale and rights of lhc party of the first pan in and lo said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granlcd unto the party of the second pan, the heirs or
succcssors and assigns of the party of lhc second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party oflhe first pan has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whaleVer, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first pan will receive lhc consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any pan oflbe total of
the same for any other purpose:. The word "party" shall be c:onstrUed as if it read "parties" whenever lhc
sense of this indenture so requires.
