Otto W. Van Tuyl, Swvey,. filed in the Suffolk County Clcrk's Office on April S, 1931, as No. 786 of
Maps, excepting tbc:rcfrom the westerly 20 feet of Lot 32 heretofore conveyed to Thomas Samuels.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, in and to the lands under
