ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying

as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Village Lane distant 198.60 feet northerly from
the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Village Lane with the northerly side of
State Street; said point of beginning also being where the northerly line of land now or formerly of
Young intersects the westerly side of Village Lane;
RUNNING THENCE North 62 deg. 57 min. 40 sec. West along said land, 126.12 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 26 deg. 29 min. 50 sec. West, 21.14 feet to land now or formerly of Tabor;
RUNNING THENCE North 64 deg. 19 min. 00 sec. West along said land, 54.56 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 28 deg. 13 min. 00 sec. East along land now or formerly of Reeves, 87.44
feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 62 deg. 57 min. 40 sec. East along land now or formerly of Norklun and
along land now or formerly of Horne, 177.85 feet to the westerly side of Village Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 26 deg. 18 min. 50 sec. West along the westerly side of Village Lane, 65
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Grantor by deed dated 12/16/80 and
recorded 12/30/80 in Liber 8936, Page 507.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
