Being and intended to be Lot No. 57 on said Map of Marion Manor conveyed to Manor Grove Corp. by deed dated October 15, 1965 and recorded October 18, 1965 in Liber 5842 cpo 509. subject to a purchase money mortgage in the amount of $48,100.00 which mortgage was executed and delivered by the party of the second part to the party of the first part as security for a portion of the purchase pri ce and which sa'id mortgage is intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
