of beginning is marked by a concrete monument;
RUNNING THENCE Northerly 61 degrees 09 minutes East 199.90 feet to a concrete
monument in the dividing line between lands hereby conveyed and Lot Number 3,
property of Ravatone Realty Corporation;
THENCE Southerly 32 degrees 18 minutes East, and along said land of Ravatone
Realty Corporation, 50 feet to another concrete monument;
THENCE Southerly 61 degrees 09 minutes West and along land of J. Brower 199.90
feet to a concrete monument on the Easterly side of Pequash Avenue;
