H. Van Bart: THENCE along said land now or formerly of Wm. H. Van Bart, South 65 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds West 150.00 feet to a concrete monument; THENCE along land now or formerly of Geo. H. Fleet on a line at right angles to said southeasterly line of Southern Cross Road, North 32 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West 113.96 feet to southeasterly side of Southern Cross Road; THENCE along said southeasterly side of Southern Cross Road North 57 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East 150.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by deed recorded in Liber 10938 pag 339.
