HAND, residing at 241 High Hill Road, Manchester, Vermont 05255 , as to his one-quarter _interest , party of the first part, and RICHARD C. HAND, residing at 52 Wohseepee Drive, Brightwaters, New York 11718 , party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release his one-quarter interest unto the party of the second part, the =ieirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, and State of New York, and more particularly described. on Schedule "A" annexed hereto and made part hereof : SCTM # 1000-109 . 00-0400-006 . 000 . BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE PORTION OF THE PREMISES conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Henry J. Hand and James R. Hand, as Co-Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Dorothy A.
