virtue of the last Will and Testament ofTREODORE D. MYSLlBORSKI, SR.,late of the Town
of South hold and County of Suffolk, New York, deceased, with an address of 760 Cases's Lane
Elttension, Cutchogue. New York 11935, partyofthe first part, and JVDITH A. MYSLlBORSKI.

WITNESSE11I, that the party oflhe first part, byvinue of the power and authority
to him given in and by the said last Will and Testament. and in consideration of Zero Dollars (SO)
lawful money oflhe United States. and other good and valuable consideration, paid by.the party of
the second part. does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erocted, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot No. 26, on a certain map entitled,
"MapofFairway Farms., and filed in the Officcofthc Clerkofthe
County of Suffolk on February 15, 1974, as Map No. 6066.
Subject to the covenants and restrictions recorded in the Office of
the Suffolk County Clerk on February 22, 1974, in Uber 7593 at
page 34.
THIS CONVEY ANCE is madesubject to the conditions, restrictions, agreements and
easements ofrccord and affecting the said premises and to any assessments for public improvements
to become due against the premises.
BEING the same premises conveyed in a Deed from Fairway Farms, Inc. to Theodore
D. Mysliborski and AnnaJ. Mysliborski. his wife, dated October 5,1981 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on Octobcr9, 1981 in Book 9082 of Deeds at Page 486.
The said AnDa J. Mysliborski died Oc:tobc:r 13, 1975, leaving Theodore D.
Mysliborski. Sr., as the as the surviving tenant by the entirety. The said Theodore D. Mysliborski,
Sr. died September 27, 2003.
Together with the appurt~, aad also all the estate which the said Testator had
at the time of his decease, in said premises, ADd also the estate therein, which the party of the rust
part has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said Will or otherwise.
To bave aad to bold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever.
