THIS CONVEY ANCE is madesubject to the conditions, restrictions, agreements and easements ofrccord and affecting the said premises and to any assessments for public improvements to become due against the premises. BEING the same premises conveyed in a Deed from Fairway Farms, Inc. to Theodore D. Mysliborski and AnnaJ. Mysliborski. his wife, dated October 5,1981 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Octobcr9, 1981 in Book 9082 of Deeds at Page 486. The said AnDa J. Mysliborski died Oc:tobc:r 13, 1975, leaving Theodore D. Mysliborski. Sr., as the as the surviving tenant by the entirety. The said Theodore D. Mysliborski, Sr. died September 27, 2003. Together with the appurt~, aad also all the estate which the said Testator had at the time of his decease, in said premises, ADd also the estate therein, which the party of the rust part has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said Will or otherwise.
