TOGETHER with all right, litle and inlCrost, if any, of the party of the first part in IIId to any
slreets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER

premises: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises bcn:in granted unto the pany of the SllCODd

anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as

right to rcceive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied firsl for the purpose of paying the
