Constance Beebe, one of the Parties of the First Part, as surviving tenant by the
entirety with her late husband, Sidney Beebe, who died on October 15, 1988, as to
that part of the above described premises owned by Constance Beebe and the
remaining part of the above described premises are owned by Thomas E. Beebe and
Virginia Beebe, his wife. This Deed has been executed for the purpose of having
Constance Beebe convey that portion of the subject premises owned by her to
Thomas E. Beebe and Virginia Beebe, his wife. Thomas E. Beebe and Virginia Beebe
have joined in the execution of this Deed for the purpose of reconfirming their
ownership of part of the premises and in order to comply with the Southold Town
Planning Board's requirement that a Deed be' placed on record describing a recent
Lot Line Modification as approved by the Southold Town Planning Board.
