Town of Southold, at Mattituck, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot No. 24 on a certain Map entitled, "Map of
Jackson's Landing", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on
March 28, 1969, as Map No. 5280, said Lot being bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Mill Road distant 485 feet more
or less westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side
of Luther's Road with the northerly side of Mill Road;
