to the southerly side of Oak Road; thence easterly along the
southerly side of Oak Road a distance of 99. 30 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated April 27, 1987 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on April 28, 1987 in Liber
10304 Page 462.
