ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Nassau Point, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, described as LOt No. 374 an'Map of Section D, Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate
on Nassau Paint, Suffolk County, N.Y.• surveyed try Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor of Greenport, N.Y.,
and filed in the Offlee of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York, on May 7, 1926, as Map No, 806, said lot
being bounded and described as lollows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Old Menhaden Road at the extreme Northeasterly end of the
curve that connects the Southerly side of pld Menhaden Road and the Easterly side of Haywa[ers Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the Southerly side of Old Menhaden Road the following two (2) tie Ilne courses and
distances along the Irregular road curve:
