And surveyor, Greenport,New York and Bled in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County,New York, August 16, 1922, file No. 156, which said lot and part of lot when taken together are more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Nassau Point Road, where the same is intersected by the division line between'lpts 140 and 141; RUNNING THENCE South 78 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds West, along the division line between lots 140 and 141 a distance of 475.00 feet to the easterly side of Wunnewetta Road; THENCE North 2 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West, on a tie line a distance of 151.60 feet; THENCE North 78 degrees 36 minutes 20 Seconds East, a distance of 449.79 feet to the westerly side of Nassau Point Road, I THENCE South 12 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds East, on a tie line a distance of 149.89 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
