BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Rhoda Road distant 65.00
feet northerly from the extreme northerly end of an arc of a curve Which
curve connects the easterly side of Rhoda Road and the northerly side
of Ruth Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Rhoda Road, North 12 degrees,
34',00" West 90.00 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE North 77 degrees, 26', 00" East 125.00 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE South 12 degrees, 34', 00" East 90.00 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE South 77 degrees, 26', 00" West 125.00 feet to a point
on the easterly side of Rhoda Road, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by deed dated 7/24/01 and recorded 8/7/01 in Liber 12134
page 229.
This transaction is made in the ordinary course of business of the
party of the first part.
