The meeting was called' to'order at 1:30 P.M. with the followong present~ Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry~ Tuthill~ Albertson and Clark; TS~n Superintendent of Highways ~rice; To~nAttorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth. Moved by Justice Terry; seconded by eustice Tuthill: RESOLVED.: That the min~srof the previous meeting be anA hereby a~e.dulY approved as read. Vote of Town Board: Ayes- Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry, Tuthill Albertson and Clark. Moved by JUstice Tuthill; seconded ~y Justice Terry: RESOLVED: ~Thatthe regular monthly audit meeting of this Board be held at the office of the Supervisor at Greenport, on Tues- day~ JUne 10,~1952, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. Vote of Town Board: Ayes- Sypervisor Klipp; Justices Terry, Tuthill, Albertson and Clark. Moved By Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Terry: RESOLVED: That Norman E. Klipp, Supervisor, be and hereby is authorized to contract for the landscaping of the new Town Hall property located on the northerly side of the Main Road as Southold, amount expended not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars (~500.00)~. Veto of Town Board: Ayes- Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry, T~thill, Albertson and Clark. Me'ved:by Justice Albertson; seconded by Justice Terry: That Norman E. Klipp, Supervisor, be and hereby is to contract for overhead insulation of the Town ~ located on the northerly side of the Main ~oad at The estimated sum for the insulation is Three Hundred and Seventy-five Dollars ($375.00). Town Board: Ayes- Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry, and~Cla~k. Zimnoski appeared before the Board stating that a high- o~ which runs through his property was out of line, the Town Board to have it straightened. After a discussion he was informed by the Board that they could g about the matter as the road was built according to the ismrvey, and if he was dissatisfied to employ a Surveye~a~d if-it Was foUnd by the survey that the road was incorrect accord- ir~g~to the description in the Town Highway Records the Board w~id take the matter up and have the road straightened.
