Klipp at Greenport, on Tuesday, April 22, 1952.'The meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry, Tuthill, Albertson and Clark; Town Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth. Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Albertson: RESOLVED: That the regular monthly audit meeting of this Board be held at the office of the Supervisor at Greenoor~, on Tuesday, May 6, 1952, at 1:30 P.M. ~ Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry~ Tuthill~ "Albertson and Clark. Mr. Conrad and Mr,~othleder appeared before the Board represent- ing the Nassau Farms Association relative to the.dredging at the mouth of Little Creek, Cutchogue. Moved by Justice Albertson; seconded by Justice Clark: RESOLVED: That Supervisor Norman E. Klipp be authorized to make arrangements to have the mouth of Little Creek at Cutchogue dredged, the amount {~r dredging not to exceed the sum of three hundred dollars Votw of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry, Tuthi~, Albertson and Clark. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Albertson: BEFIT RESOLVED: That this Board does hereby find and determine that the propoSa~ of George H. Smith and Sons to repair, remodel and improve ~he Town Building located on the northerly side of the Main Eead at Southold, in accordance with the plans a~d specifications ~therefore is the lowest responsible proposal for said work a~d.he it further RESOLVED: That the said proposal of said George H. Smith and Sons in the sum of $7,~95.00, plus contractors performance bond, $7~.95 be and the same is hereby accepted, and. be it further RESOLVED: That Supervisor Norman E. Klipp be authorized to enter into a contract with the said George H. Smith and Sons for the repairin~ remodelling and improv~n$ said building, in accordance with ~he aforesaid plans and specifications. Klipp be authorized to con- local residents in the vicinity of Marion Lake~ at East relative to clearing said lake of algae growth. Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry~ l, Albertson and Clark. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Terry: WHER~AS~ it is the intention of the Town Board of the Town of Southold to establish a Recreation Project and WHER~4~S~ the Town of Southold is about to submit an application for s~ch a project to the New York State &outh Commission for its ~eW~ and if approved, to apply subsequently to the York for partial reimbursement of funds expended on project, as provided by chapter 556 of the Laws of 19~5~ NOW IT RESOEVED: That such application is in all and Norman E. Klipp, Supervisor, is hereby dir, and authorized to duly execute and to present ~aid appl to the New York State ~Outh Commission-for its approval. ~n shall take effect immediately.
